Jazz Vocalist, musicista, produttore, compositore, ma anche giornalista, autore, personaggio radiofonico e televisivo, Ambasciatore UNICEF; GeGé Telesforo ha attraversato 40 anni di storia della radio e TV con garbo, leggerezza e coerente amore per la sua passione di sempre: il jazz vissuto con la massima professionalità congiunta ad allegria, ritmo e piacevolezza.D’altra parte Telesforo nel corso degli anni ha dimostrato un’inossidabile capacità di far incontrare il miglior jazz italiano e internazionale con collaborazioni sempre di altissimo livello, tanto per citarne alcune: Paolo Fresu, Danilo Rea, Rita Marcotulli, Rossana Casale, Fabio Zeppetella, Giorgia, Tosca, Stefano Di Battista,. E ancora Ben Sidran, Jon Hendricks, Dizzy Gillespie, Clark Terry, DeeDee Bridgewater, Phil Woods, Bob Malach, Georgie Fame, Clyde Stubblefield, Mike Mainieri, Bob Rockwell, Richard Davis, Phil Upchurch, Ricky Peterson, Frank McComb, Alan Hampton, Sachal Vasandani…GeGè Telesforo sta attualmente conoscendo un periodo particolarmente felice della sua carriera. Vincitore del Jazzit Award 2010/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18 come miglior voce maschile, corona un periodo importante caratterizzato dall’uscita il 1 marzo 2024 di un nuovo lavoro discografico.

Isaiah Collieren

Out of the vibrant Chicago scene, multi-instrumentalist, composer, curator, activist and educator Isaiah Collier has made a name for himself most notably as a saxophone player, be it with his own projects, as part of Angel Bat Dawid’sBrotherhood or at the side of artists like Chance The Rapper, Waddada Leo Smith III, Junius Paul and many more. Cosmic Transitions, his third and latest release with his band The Chosen Few came out in 2021, earning a five star review from Downbeat and multiple Album of the year mentions amongst other praise. The powerful suite was recorded at Rudy Van Gelder’s legendary Studio on Coltrane’s birthday, using some of the same analog equipment that was used for the original recording session of A Love Supreme. It not only showcases Collier’s extensive musical range and expressive talent, but achieves to honor the tradition in which it inscribes itself, whilst also remaining decisively forward-looking.
